Karen Enriquez, Executive Assistant

Karen runs Firebrick. She is responsible for making Firebrick fun and ensuring our operations and administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.

At Firebrick, she supports Managing Director Bob Wright, as well as his direct reports, helping them bring B2B positioning to life. Her role is to improve communication and efficiency across the organization, and she is deeply experienced in working with c-level executives on fast-moving and highly confidential projects.

Karen holds a B.A. degree in Sociology from San Francisco State University. She she is passionate about social behavioral studies, and in her spare time, Karen volunteers as an Independent Living Trainer for adults with developmental disabilities. She is also a beauty and cosmetics advisor and a bridal makeup artist serving the Bay Area.
